Message regarding reunion in June

To all my friends, colleagues, juniors from Kendriya Vidyalaya Kathmandu who are in my friends list.

Please read below and share your consent with me at the given no., email below. Please treat this as an invitation and an announcement.

With March setting in, the plan of reunion in Mumbai goes a step further.

• 7th June 13 afternoon to 9th June 13 afternoon will be the span of the reunion. Will share the detailed plan sometime in the end of March '13
• Teachers arriving on the date or prior will be provided with adequate care – food and lodging.
• We have decided to travel to the venue by bus, which will depart from the specified points kept in mind basis the arrival points of the students. To be mentioned in detail in due course.
• The resort zeroed on is Maitry Park in Bordi. The entire resort will be booked for the reunion. Per person charges is Rs 2,500 .00 (exclusive of taxes, as/if applicable) for standard veg food. Non-veg extra as applicable.
• Teachers are paying for their own travel expenses to and fro. Since students are organizing the reunion for the teachers, it is proposed that we sponsor their stay with spouses, transportation and a memento. This would mean an extra amount from the part of students.
• The total expenses as well as per person contribution will be decided basis the confirmation from you and the total count of students as participants. More the count, lesser the contribution.
• To cover initial expenses such as advance to book the resort, bus etc; a round figure of Rs 5,000.00, at present, per head. This is to be deposited / transferred in the account of –

The first installment to be deposited before 15th March 2013 and confirm the same over an email. We also want to you to share your EMERGENCY CONTACT NO along with the confirmation email.

Those of us traveling with children need to specify the number so that per head cost of child can be worked out.

Expect to see all of you, phew..excited already while drafting the email...just can't wait....

This is gonna be "Helluva Time" after 1996, so Hurry,book your tickets now :).

Basic information and rules governing the use of the Alumni Mailing List

Through this mailing list, we try to connect all the members of KV Kathmandu Alumni both in Nepal and outside. We have started this mailing list so that all of us can stay in contact with each other and about the activities of the association.

There are 3 modes of delivery of messages in this mailing list:

1. Individual Emails (default for all new members): In this mode, all members will receive a complete copy of the emails sent to the group.
2. Abridged Email: In this mode, the subject and a short message of the emails sent to the group would be sent to all the members.
3. Email Digest: In this mode, an email will be sent containing all the emails sent to the group for that particular day.

Just a few things to remember:

1. Posts are moderated, that is the messages posted by you would be subject to approval before they are sent to the entire group.
2. Any replies to messages posted to the group would be *SENT TO THE ENTIRE GROUP*.
3. Your default mode of receiving the emails is "Individual Email", you may change this at a later time by going to the group's website at  http://groups.google.com/group/kvktmalumni.
4. No profanity or use of abusive words. Such an act would result in *IMMEDIATE EXPULSION* from the group.
